What makes us special?

There are many breeders out there, but what truly sets us apart is our commitment to raising our horses in as natural an environment as possible—specifically, a spacious grass pasture. This approach provides foals with ample room to play, promoting the development of strong, healthy joints and bones. While they may occasionally get a scrape, overall, we find that our horses are happier, healthier, and more attuned to their bodies, particularly the foals raised here. We monitor our herd closely, ensuring that newborn foals and their mothers are kept separate until the foal is old enough to safely join the herd. For the most part, our horses enjoy outdoor living 24/7. Although we have stalls or small paddocks available for horses requiring care due to injury or for feeding, they return outside afterward. This environment also equips foals with essential skills in understanding herd dynamics and becoming good citizens. We are fortunate to experience favorable weather for most of the year, and even during inclement conditions, we provide hay continuously to keep our herd warm. We only resort to blanketing on rare occasions.

We operate a “working” ranch, where we raise a diverse range of livestock and produce our own hay. This environment provides our horses with invaluable exposure, helping them become desensitized to various stimuli. Surrounded by livestock, equipment, and trucks, our horses develop a sense of curiosity and confidence in the face of new experiences. Many of our foal buyers remark on the remarkable level-headedness and bravery of our foals, a testament to both their genetic heritage and the nurturing upbringing they receive.
